Q: When is the payment for my feeds due?
A: Monthly payments for your feeds are due before the 1st of the month.

Q: How often do you add New Content?
A: We are shooting new Content each month and it will be released as it becomes available.

Q: Where do you get your Content from?
A: We shoot all our Content ourselves. We never buy Content. Our photographer is well know in the industry.

Q: Who are your Models?
A: All models are carefully screened and are at least 18 years of age. We possess 2257 documentation for everyone appearing.

Q: How many Sites is your Content Licensed for?
A: Our Content is licensed for only the sites identified in the License Agreement. Please read our License Agreement.

Q: What format are your video feeds in?
A: All videos are in Real and Windows Media format and are offered in 2 qualities, low and high.

Q: Am I using my bandwidth with your feeds?
A: No, bandwitdth charges are included in the fees.

Q: I noticed that your prices are good for up to a certain number of members. What happens if I go over the member limit?
A: Generally, nothing will happen to your account. We understand that there are unforeseen occurrences. However, if your bandwidth usage indicates additional members, then you will be charged at the appropriate level pursuant to the License Agreement. If bandwidth peaks because of unforseen occurences (fraud), we will not automatically adjust your account; only if there are sustained increases.

Q: What is to keep people from stealing my feeds?
A: The member section is protected. Authentication is done based upon the referrer, which means that only customers can link into our feeds. On top of that, we monitor our referrer logs very closely to detect any major change in bandwidth.

Q: Do you have upsells?
A: There are no upsells to scare members away.

Q: Can I pick and choose what products I want in the packages?
A: Yes, you can have all our feeds or create your own custom package.

Q: I've seen the Demo and I'm ready to buy, but how do I do it?
A: Pick the package or individual product(s) you want and then go to our online order request form, fill it out completely and submit it to us. You will be contacted shortly thereafter to discuss the details of your order.

Q: How long does it take to get your products on my site?
A: Once you have completed and submitted the Online Order Form, we can have you ready to go very quickly upon confirmation that the initial invoice is paid (Monday-Friday between 10AM to 5PM EST.)

Q: Are these products available on CD? Do I have to upload them onto my computer so my customers can see them?
A: Once you are a customer, we'll send you the linking URL's for your site. This will be completely transparent for your customers, as far as they are concerned, these products will look like they are your own creation.

Q: Can we customize the products name and layout to our site?
A: Unfortunately not. These interfaces are extremely detailed and it would take an enormous amount of time to customize them for each customer.

Q: Can I load these products in Frames?
A: No. Some browsers wont pass the referrer correctly and so the feeds might not work properly.
